For the 2025 reporting year, Employee Navigator will offer instant digital access to 1095 forms directly from the employee homepage; no more waiting for mail or managing paper forms. Following recent regulatory changes under the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act, which eliminated the physical mailing requirement, we’ve partnered with Nelco to bring you a streamlined digital solution.
When companies purchase Nelco’s Online Retrieval option, employees will see a convenient link right on their Employee Navigator home page. With just one click, they can consent to electronic viewing and access their forms instantly through Nelco’s secure portal.
